Ministry

Matthew was ordained as a minister of the Gospel in March 2010 under the leadership of Bishop Hollis Musgrove at Liberal Trinity Church of God in Christ.

Though gifted in preaching, Matthew’s deepest passion lies in teaching, imparting, and activating worship leaders and their teams. He goes far beyond traditional choir and music workshops—equipping worship teams to use their gifts to place a demand on Heaven, creating atmospheres where miracles, signs, and wonders are released.

Matthew continues to serve his home church faithfully as Minister of Music, skillfully leading the worship ministry each week. He also serves the Mississippi Southern First Ecclesiastical Jurisdiction COGIC as Coordinator of the Jurisdictional Mass Choir, supporting and strengthening the sound of worship across the region.
